Dear Trafford,

We came over to Malta a couple of weeks ago, and we met up with your colleague, Jan Griscti, who helped us with our purchase. We thought that we would write and let you know just how much help and assistance, we believe, was above and beyond that of what an ''Estate Agent'' would and should have done to help us. Jan put himself out for us, and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for him, he even gave us his home number in case we needed to talk to him!

Please would you personally thank him (we have done this, but coming from his boss would be a massive pat on the back!) and let him know how grateful we are and have recommended Jan and your company to a number of friends who are thinking of doing what we have done. We were so impressed with Jan's professionalism and conduct that towards the end of our stay he wasn't our Estate Agent, but our friend.

The only problem was, and this is very serious, was the fact that he is a Manchester United fan. No one's perfect!
