Apart from its natural
beauty, peaceful way of life, rich cultural &, historical heritage
and warm hospitality, Malta has much more to offer.
Tax Incentives
Malta offers an unusually low tax rate for non-Maltese permanent
residents, being a flat rate of 15% on all income (less tax rebates
as applicable).
There
are no Council taxes in Malta, that is to say, Local Councils
do not charge any additional taxes. Onshore Companies have
a maximum tax rate of 5%. Besides, there are various incentives
for companies considering manufacturing on the Islands which
include tax exemptions and subsidized factory rent.
Malta offers a cheaper cost of living as well as a high
standard of living. The Malta Freeport is one athe
largest trans-shipment ports in the Mediterranean.

Safe
Environment
With
its low crime rate, Malta is a very safe place to live, where
people casually walk the streets until the early hours of
the morning. Amazingly on Gozo, Malta's sister Island, it
is still common to see keys left in the lock of the main door.

and clear sea) ranging from football, horseriding, polo, archery,
golf, cricket, tennis, squash, sailing, yachting, fishing
etc..as well as any other type of water sports imaginable.
All 5 and many 4 star hotels have their own fitness and health

20 tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, the Royal Yacht
Club and the Union Club. It is planned to have two other golf
courses in the near future.
