Propertyline Seminar at Marsa Sports Club
Propertyline Real Estate Agency held its bi- annual Seminar
at the Marsa Sports Club on the 7th May 2005. The seminar
was attended by the all the Propertyline Team who participated
actively in the various topics for discussion on the Agenda.
The Meeting kicked off with the launch of Premium Lifestyle
brochure which is a complete solution service offered to Propertyline's
clients and mainly targeted towards its foreign clientele.
Propertyline is present in 160 offices around Europe, mainly
in the U.K., and as an additional service offered to its clients
it created a structure whereby the client is offered a pre-sales
and post-sales service through Premium Lifestyle.
The pre-sales services consists mainly of the Propertyline
Inspection Visit Package which is a tailor- made three night
/ four day stay in 3/4/5 star hotels at very favourable rates
and includes flights and airport transfers which will again
be subsidised in part if the clients actually purchase property
in Malta.
The post-sales services includes an accompanied visit to
our list of suppliers and service providers at no charge or
hidden cost but instead our clients will benefit from a discount
from the listed suppliers. Premium Lifestyle is a personalised
and tailor-made service for all clients requirements and budgets.
Other services also include re- allocation, car rental, all
insurance needs as well as property management services which
ensures that the property is well maintained, rents collected
, cleaning etc.
Other topics for discussion included new office systems and
the marketing strategy for 2005. The Seminar was also an enjoyable
social event with a break for a great lunch on the lawn of
the Marsa Sprorts Club Grounds provided by Luna Catering.

Propertyline Winter Seminar
Propertyline Real Estate Agency held its sixth full day seminar
on the 11th of November at the Qawra Palace Hotel.
The first topic discussed during the seminar was the implementation
of new tax systems relevant to the property market where the
sales consultants present were instructed on the exact measures
and procedures that need to be followed.
During the second session, Propertyline executives headed
workshop teams where ideas and suggestions were put forward
on how to better the services provided by Propertyline to
clients.
After a group lunch, an open floor discussion took place
where various topics were analysed and talked about in detail.
Everyone present gave their input on continuing to excel in
putting the client's needs first as it has always been Propertyline's
policy to give an impeccable and caring service to all our
customers. Other topics discussed included efficient novel
office systems and the smooth running of the various new in-house
departments.
Finally Propertyline officially welcomed on board Alfred
Aloisio, Anna Giusti, Michael Rizzo and Rachel Scicluna who
have recently joined the team bringing it up to 30 sales and
rental representatives
